When we perform an Annual Maintenance Plan check-up, we will inspect and clean each fixture, bury any exposed wire and trim bushes as needed to achieve optimal lighting effect. Your lighting’s timing system will also be checked and reset based on your preferences.
Bulb Replacement
Becoming a member of our AMP means that we will automatically replace all of your home’s outdoor bulbs with fresh ones every single year. Plus, we can service all types of systems – not just the ones that we initially installed.
You’ll find that all landscape lighting will need updating from time to time. Whether it has been a long time since your system was shining brightly or if it is due for annual service, we can handle your home’s specific needs.
Your Best Value
Our Annual Maintenance Plan offers you and your family the best value for the regular servicing of your landscape lighting. If you have a bulb that burns out within the 12 months after our annual visit, there will be no charge to swap out that bulb. We’ll also take care of any minor service needs you may have, such as a cut wire, with no charge to you.
