Did you recently have a visit from Luminocity? Would you like to let us know how your installation went? We would love to hear from you with an online testimonial. We are extremely proud to be continually noted for quality, responsiveness and professionalism by our Central Indiana customers.
There are many different platforms where you can submit a testimonial, so we’ve got quick and easy instructions for you below.
If you’d like to submit a Facebook review, click on the Reviews tab at the top of our Facebook page. You will be asked “Do you recommend Luminocity?” and you can write a review about what specifically you recommend about our business. You can also choose the privacy settings for your review; a public review is a great help to us!
To give a Google review, you can visit our review page directly, or search “luminocity indianapolis” in the Google search bar. On your computer, you will see a button in the right side menu that says “Write a Review.” On your phone, you can click the arrow that says “More about Luminocity” and choose “Rate and review.” On Google, you can choose a rating out of five stars, select some recommended features and then write a testimonial about your experience. You can also choose to post the review with your name or anonymously.
Yelp
For a review on Yelp, search for Luminocity or visit our page. Click on the “Write a Review” just under our name at the top of the page. You can choose a star rating out of five and write a short testimonial. If you already have a Yelp account, you can sign in when you post the review, or you can sign up using Facebook or Google. A Yelp account allows you to review any business or restaurant you choose.
Angie’s List
You can submit an Angie’s List using our online profile. Choose the “Write a Review” button from the left side menu. There are several different graded rating options that you will choose from, as well as a description of the work that was completed. You can also include a photo of our work if you choose!
As they remind you on the review page, other members rely on these reviews so providing as much detail as possible is very helpful. You’ll need to sign in or sign up with Angie’s List to submit your review. Note that Angie’s List reviews are private to other online viewers, but your name is provided to the providers you rate.
